This is an OC Contest tournament where your Sailor Scouts battle to gain the ultamite prize!

About
I see a lot of Sailor Moon OC's running around and I wanted to do something about it. I wanted to give them a good reason to show off, and now I've come up with a solution. A contest for all Sailor Moon Fans! This won't be limited to the original worlds and powers. Your free to explore space for what it can and may hold!

How to Enter the Auditions
~Draw your SM OC in a cute/powerful/etc stance. We want to see the personality of your character.
~It should be colored, and show some effort. No crapy sketches that only took 3 seconds. You can enter a none colored picture, but as long as you can't color it.
~You MUST have a background story. You know a bio, the past. It has to be a good one, not a 2-3 liner description.
~Please try to come up with something original. Sure you can be the daughter of one of the original Sailor Scouts... but it would be more exiting if we had new girls, with new powers from new worlds.
~As for the outfit, also original. You can take ideas from the original Scouts, but the outfit shows who your Scout is! Her world and powers ride mostly on the outfit. This is like a law for all Magical Girls.
~As for the world your Scout is from - be creative.
~Same with the powers, be creative!
~Once finished send me a note. The details for what all to put in the notes are farther down.

Rules
~One character per person. If you have multiple characters enter it gives others a disatvantage.
~No all powerful characters.
~Your not limited to the powers of the other Scouts such as water, fire, electricity, etc.
~Your not limited to the worlds around Earth.

~Good background story
